personally thank Nick Powell for my new roof. Without him there would be no roof. His knowledge of the insurance
rules made me feel comfortable about filing a claim. He showed me the damage, and explained the procedures for replacing
my roof. This is a very steep roof that had four layers of roofing, including the original wood shingles.
They installed new plywood on the entire roof before putting down the new shingles. All four layers were gone, the beautiful
new roof in place, and the yard was completely cleaned, the porch had been swept, and all the trash from the roof was gone. Best
of all now I have a beautiful roof that I am so proud of. I would highly reccomend On the House Roof Company to anyone

with my Dad and Brother, who both used this company for their new roof, I had no trouble making my choice. On the House

and his crew have just installed the third roof on my house (May 2011). Since I have known Phil he has always been honest

In April 2011 we experienced a significant hail storm in Wise County, and I
subsequently spoke to a number of roofing companies and received a couple of quotes on the roof replacement. I was not
entirely comfortable with any of the companies or the quotes, so it was not until I met Phil Powell, owner of On the House

Mr. Powell quoted me a very fair
price, and explained the entire process. He helped me to get every dime I had coming from the insurance company, keeping
my out of pocket expense to a minimum. His follow-up was always on time and as promised. He made the entire process
easy to understand and painless.
The actual installation was equally painless. Our roof is quite large and very
steep, but the crew worked late every day to get the job completed on schedule. They protected our landscape and cleaned
up to the point that you could not tell they had been there. To top it off, their workmanship was excellent. Mr.
Powell was on site every day to insure the work was being done to his high standards and ours.
Based on my experience,
